“Vintage of Stars” is a blend of 60% Viognier and 40% Roussanne. The warmer Texas climate beautifully displays aromatic qualities of light florals and herbal tea, with stronger notes of pear and stone fruits. Explore hints of honey with a touch of vanilla. This white blend ages well in the bottle, gaining nutty notes over time. This fuller-bodied and golden colored wine was partially barrel aged in new French oak. Savor the balanced acidity and elegant, soft character with a lush, smooth finish. Pairs well with seafood, poultry, soft cheeses, creamy sauces, or light curries.
