Medium yellow in color, this wine is fruity on the nose with aromas of lemon, nectarine and green apple. The smooth flavors start with lemon and move to a longer finish of green apple. This Italian varietal pairs well with light pastas, chicken-asparagus risotto, or Manchego cheese. 

Light gold in color, this wine has aromas of banana and pear. Notes of melon, citrus and honey combine with a long finish of lemon and apple. This varietal pairs well with creamy sauces, poultry, and seafood.  

Aromas of apricot, pear and green apple highlight this light bodied wine. Pale straw in color, the 2021 vintage also delivers hints of tropical fruit. Delicious on its own, or pair with light meats and fish, with savory spices.

“Vintage of Stars” is a blend of 60% Viognier and 40% Roussanne. The warmer Texas climate beautifully displays aromatic qualities of light florals and herbal tea, with stronger notes of pear and stone fruits. Explore hints of honey with a touch of vanilla. This white blend ages well in the bottle, gaining nutty notes over time. This fuller-bodied and golden colored wine was partially barrel aged in new French oak. Savor the balanced acidity and elegant, soft character with a lush, smooth finish. Pairs well with seafood, poultry, soft cheeses, creamy sauces, or light curries.

This non-vintage Texas wine aged in French oak, blends grapes from several vineyards. This blend of Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Primitivo, and just a touch of Cabernet Sauvingon and Cabernet Franc, is a delicious complement to beef brisket, Bolognese, roasted meat and root vegetables, and anything with black pepper.
