2021 La Vie Trebbiano
Trebbiano is an Italian grape, widely planted throughout the world. It is a high-yielding grape, gold in color, with a pleasing acidity and broadly appealing flavor profile. The unique climate of the High Plains of Texas brings out the very best in this grape, particularly with the French-style finish, making it a perfect fit for La Vie Estate.
Featuring aromas of stone fruit and ripe bananas, with a slightly herbaceous note. This Trebbiano's light body makes it perfect for sipping or having with a meal. Pairs well with tangy flavors like mustard or lemon, light herbs such as basil or parsley, light fish, or poultry.
Aged in stainless steel, the 2021 Trebbiano saw normal, primary fermentation only. The grapes are from the Steve and Cindy Newsom Vineyards.
