Join us for The Art of Blending, led by winemaker, Anthony Mosley. We will be working on the final blend for our next Moonlight Red, a Bordeaux style blend. Discussion will include Bordeaux varietals, what makes a great blend, blending techniques, and more. Teams of 4 will create their own blend and all participants will taste each group's blend and vote on their favorite. Come with your own team, or form a team when you arrive. Light snacks will be provided AFTER blending is completed, to enjoy with the blends we have created.
