Ranch Road Rosé is blended from the saignée portion of several red wine varietals, including Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Pinot Noir. The saignée method produces more color, flavor, and tannins in a rosé wine. Ranch Road Rosé was then aged on lees for six months within stainless steel tanks.
Ranch Road Rosé is a beautiful light ruby color. It is fruit forward, with pronounced flavors of raspberry and cherry, with a warm, toasty aroma reminiscent of baked turnovers. Pairs well with spicy foods, such as Thai curry or Cajun seafood boils. Try with mild soft cheeses, salads, and garlic prominent favorites. Grapes are from Reddy Vineyards.
