2019 La Vie Trebbiano
While grown in many parts of the world, Trebbiano is widely planted in both France and Spain. It is a high-yielding grape, deep gold in color, with a pleasing acidity and broadly appealing flavor profile. The unique climate of the High Plains of Texas brings out the very best in this grape, particularly with the French-style finish, making it a perfect fit for La Vie Estate.
Featuring vivid citrusy aromas with subtle Italian herbaceous spice. This wine’s straw hue and light body make it a refreshing sipper. Pairs well with horseradish cheese, shrimp cocktail, light fish, or chicken.
Aged in stainless steel, the 2019 Trebbiano saw normal, primary fermentation only. The grapes are from the Steve and Cindy Newsom Vineyards.
